Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide via UPS.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders ship within 4-5 working days of purchase, and tracking numbers are provided for all international orders.

Please note: Some countries may require payment of customs duties or taxes on goods received. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm these fees, as Tae is not responsible for any additional duty charges.

Returns 

Local Returns (Nigeria)

Local returns must be received within 5 working days from the delivery date. Please ensure items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and that they are returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will be processed only once we have received the item and all related fees are covered.

International Returns

At this time, we are unable to process international returns. To ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase, we encourage you to chat with us via WhatsApp before ordering, so you feel confident with your selection. 

Can I return sale items?

Only regular-priced items can be refunded or returned. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Risk of loss

All products purchased from our website are shipped by an independent carrier not affiliated with or controlled by Tae. The title and risk of loss pass to you when Tae delivers the items to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Tae is not liable for incorrect addresses, and there will be an additional charge to rectify the address if needed.
